Items are shipped via USPS within one business day of purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase from The Whole Woof. If you are not happy with your purchase from our pet shop or pet parent shop please send an email to shopthewholewoof@gmail.com.  Once we have been notified of the return please send the unused product to the address provided in the reply email.  When we receive the item we will issue a refund for the cost of the item.
